Exchange and return policy

Refund and return are available within 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original must also be available.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Consumer goods such as food items, foods, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. It also does not produce products considered miscellaneous, sanitary products, hazardous products, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items not necessary for return:

Display cards
Electronic programs for download
Some sanitary supplies for personal care
Once returns are made, we require a receipt or confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain cases in which racial discrimination occurs only partially:

Clearly marked book
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in original condition, may be damaged or missing parts that do not match my condition.
Any product returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your money will be refunded, and the original balance added to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified period of days.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is gone for a long time.

Sell ​​tools
Only routinely priced items can be refunded. Original products cannot be sold.

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them as requested, email us at info@waynas.org and send your goods to: UAE, Sharjah, Shams Media City Free Zone.

gift
If L-Carnitine is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the return process is initiated, Fares will mail a gift.

If the carnitine was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the gift giver initially shipped it to you to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will process your return.

Shipping and returns
To return your product, you must send your product by mail to: the country or city that we will specify in the position on the order.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive a deduction of the return shipping cost from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive models, you may consider using a shipping tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
